Efe Velez, Luis (B.1956)

Luis Efe Vélez was born in Medellín. He studied painting and sculpture at L’Accademia in Florence, Italy in 1977. He began to sculpt in stainless steel for corporate and private collections. His work as been featured in important exhibits such as: Joan Goaita Art (Palma de Mallorca, Spain), Korea International Fair (2008) and the Light Gallery (England). One of his public collections was featured at the Latin American Museum by the Robert Gumbier Foundation (Long Beach, USA).
